it depends on how long you have been on the pill it could be that your body just hasn't adjusted to it yet or if you have been on it for a while it could be that it isn't strong enough or it is too strong. It could also be that you are not taking it at the exact same time every day but just ask your health care provider what he/she thinks it could be they always know best
