All I honestly know about this is the higher the numbers the worse your cholesterol and that there are foods you can eat to lower it. I also know that WebMD can answer a lot of these questions.

∙ 9y agoThe different levels of cholestrol can mean you are either on the path to a heart attack or stroke with high cholesterol or you are healthy and your cholesterol levels are normal. High Cholestrol levels mean you have too much Low-density lipoprotein which delivers cholesterol to the body and not enough of High-density lipoprotein which helps break it down. This can be regulated with prescription medicine and/or change of your diet.
