It destroys their natural homes and habitat forcing them to relocate, sometimes they try to move into residential areas looking for food or shelter and this can be very dangerous depending on the animal.

Animals help in balancing our ecosystem, food chain and acts as a food for us. Now a days we can see that many animals move to residential areas from their shelter in search of food, and destroy our crops and eat cows and animals.

Wildlife depletion impacts the general biodiversity of the world we all inhabit. In general it needs to be looked at in a holistic fashion - each species does not live independently from another; if one species is eradicated, it has a cascading effect on other species with the full extent of that impact usually not realized until later. That is the general "ecological impact". There's also a genetic impact where genetic variation is depleted as the populations of species decline. So, if you have just a few animals making up a population, they have less genetic diversity and are more prone to things having a dramatic effect on them (disease, etc).

Biodiversity is necessary for a few reasons, here's the "quick" list on why:

  1. Selection of foods, materials, and economical contributions - think of pollinators and species that improve spoils, water (specifically wetlands), and air.
  2. Medicinal discoveries are often found in nature, so when genetic diversity is lost, there's a potential loss of a new vaccine or drug.
  3. Ecosystem adaptation is possible because biodiversity allows for an ecosystem to adapt to things like floods and fires.
  4. Genetic diversity to prevent disease and help species adjust to environmental change.
  5. Species diversity... in the simplest form, merely the inspiration that accompanies so many different species that coexist with us on our planet.
