Yes you can look like Emile you just need his amory. His helmet is EVA [C] (you must buy EVA base and then reach the rank of commander to be able to buy it and you can see it in your armory when your reach the rank of Lt.Colonel and it cost 120,000 ) his right shoulder must be Security(which cost 275,000 cR) and left shoulder must be Operator. For utiity you need tactical/SOFT CASE and FJ/PARA knee guards.(which cost 10,000 cR) and that's how you look like Emile. :)
