do you mean: Ms = Mega second & Gs = Giga second? If yes, then the answer is: 1 Ms = 10^-3 Gs So: 5600.4 Ms = 5600.4 * 10^-3 = 5,6004 Gs. no, when you go from Mega to Giga, you are dividing, so you move the decimal to the left, which equals 5.6004 Gs
The pgda means that the piece came from Piercing Pagoda. 10K means that the piece is ten karat gold, it is real gold.

No - it does not mean gold over silver at all. It means "gold-shelled" which is another way of indicating that it merely gold plated. The base metal is rarely silver (or the plating would probably be called vermeil and not be hallmarked GS) and is probably just inexpensive base metal(s).
