If you have a 2006 or newer Police Interceptor the H stands for hour. 2006 and newer Police Interceptor and some fleet vehicles come with an hour meter. Because Police and Taxi Vehicles idle for long periods of time this helps the fleet manager keep tract of when to service them.

Take the crome h/L door off with a Phillips screw driver. There are 4 Phillips screws holding the trim ring on the H/L take them out. Unplug the old H/L and put in the new one.
