a heater hose runs from intake to heater core to radiator. the heater core is were the heat comes from inside the car as well as defrost
There are hoses in the engine compartment that go to the heater core. You can remove the intake and out going hoses from the heater core. You have to either block off these hoses or connect them together, depending on the make of the vehicle.
Depends on the vehicle and somtimes engine size. B Clear.
The 1995 Ford Escort series of vehicles have a conventional heater core design and location. The heater hoses through the firewall are on the right-front (passenger) side of the vehicle.?æ
Inside the vehicle, under the dash, passenger side, next to the firewall. Raise the hood and find the heater hoses going to the heater core. This will tell you the location inside the vehicle.
You've got radiator hoses, heater hoses, power steering hoses, vacuum line hoses, etc. Probably best if you purchased a shop repair manual for that vehicle to show how/where they are routed.
rad hoses route coolant to the engine to maintain operating temperature (to keep engine from overheating). Heater hoses supply the heater core (inside most vehicles) with hot water, when heater/ac temperature control knob is turned toward hot, to heat the interior of the vehicle by opening and closing a water flow control valve allowing water to enter the heater core for heat. =;)
hese hoses are called "heater hoses" they are from the front heater hoses which heat the car and they are connected to the front heater hoses under the car hood on right side
No................... Its located in the center of the vehicle but you will need to remove the side panels if equipped and then remove the lower heater core cover and the heater hoses.............
In line on the heater hoses on the passenger side of the engine. Has a small vacuum line to it and both heater hoses go through it. The heater hoses are smaller than the radiator hoses and go through the firwall.
The 1999 Chevrolet Camaro heater hoses will have a swivel nut on each end of the hose. Turn the swivel nuts to the left and the heater hoses will come off. Reverse the process to install the new heater hoses.
Behind the engine, probably better seen from under the vehicle.
Under air box hose .Right side of vehicle .Should have 4 heater hoses going to it and a small vaccum line .
