Technically to hang out. But teens use it to have a girlfriend/boyfriend. Usually because it means "hang out", it won't be a serious relationship (teens), but there are more and more cases where teens do really go out for many years.

It means that they have a goal in mind and they go after what they want with positive thought and intention.
"Quiero ir" means "I want to go" in Spanish.
they want to bang you. and my advice... go for it.
I want to go out. I want to get out. I want out. Quiero means Want (which is used as I want) Salir means "to exit" (Salida means exit) Put them together considering the context and it could mean any of the above.
They are basically saying that they want to go to sleep, or go to bed.
