Seriously,

Have you never read about what happens when you have you're period? The walls of the uterus are sloughing off the lining that was made ready for a fertilized egg. When no egg is fertilized, the lining, which is composed of tissue and blood, is not needed and is expelled. Go get a good medical book and educate yourself. Meat is for barbecues!

You're having your period......

Yes but it is not ALL blood. It is also the softer inner wall of the uterous. I spelled that wrong sorry!! But if you are in the bathroom for a long time on the toilet, your nose might hurt and it will smell like blood. Well, that happened with me....... I hate my period...

Some women while menstruating will clot. If you believe it could be something else, you should see a doctor.

I think I read somewhere that blood clots during your period are normal. I have them all the time. If they are bothersome you could take bcp to help.

That either is from a weak pelvic floor muscle, or estrogen dominance, sometimes even endometrioses. If you have that with every single period you have and the clots are quite large, you should probably see your doctor.

What does it mean if you have bright red clots and brown coming out your vagina?

It likely means that you're menstruating, although obviously it may be bleeding for some other reason depending on your cycle. The red 'clots' are likely uterine lining, and brown is the blood that's light so taken time to leave your vagina thus turned brown.

Does black blood clots instead of blood for your period mean your pregnant and if it smells really really bad?

Black blood clots do not relate to whether or not you are pregnant. You should see a doctor if the clots are bad. In general, if you are on your period/ losing blood, you are not pregnant. The smell and color mean you may have an infection It may also be an viral STI (as opposed to just bacterial).

What do blood colts mean when getting your period?

On a heavy period it can seem as though your vagina is spewing out blood and sometimes it can look like clots or jelly like, usually really dark red/ so dark it can look black. There is nothing to worry about since it is just all of the blood. Its the uterus lining being shed.

Should you experience blood clots when you go to the bathroom?

During your period it is normal to experience blood clots but if you mean when you go to the bathroom and are not on your period, then this is not normal and should be investigated. It is most likely caused by a hormonal inbalance.

What does it mean if you have dark red thick blood clots on your period?

It's unlikely that what you are seeing are blood clots as menstrual blood doesn't clot like normal blood. What you're seeing is likely the larger pieces of the uterine lining, which is the main waste product during menstruation.
