The words In sha' Allah (إن شاء الله) form an expression meaning, "may it be the will of God". Literally, it breaks down as follows. "In" is a subjunctive indicator, like "may" in English. "Sha'" means "will" or "volition". "Allah" is the Arabic word for God. The verb "to be" is implied as is the preposition "of".
jazakallah
When someone says "InshaAllah Ameen," it signifies their hope that something will happen if it's God's will. A common reply is to affirm their sentiment by saying "Ameen" in return, which expresses agreement and support for their prayer or hope. Alternatively, you can also say "InshaAllah" to reinforce the idea of trusting in God's plan.
