Alternatively, it could represent an idea or project that the dreamer began then abandoned or neglected. Perhaps the dream is saying that the project is still important. However, IF the dreamer is a sexually active female of child-bearing age, the dream could be early notice of pregnancy. In that case, a pregnancy test would be a good idea.
