of course, never be afraid to go to a free clinic to get checked, especially if you are sexually active in any way
Hirsuties Papillaris Genitalis. It's a harmless anatomical variation with no malignant potential, however, inexperienced doctors may view it as HPV warts (or genital warts).
Once again, they're harmless.
Sexually active
White bumps at the head of the penis may indicate Herpes if you are sexually active and you should see a doctor ASAP.
Bumps at the base of the penis may be ingrown hairs, but if they are itchy and burning they could also be herpes and you should see a doctor ASAP.
Not sexually Active
If you are not sexually active, or have never had sex, then white bumps could be contact- dermatitis (skin irritation) which like acne can get painful if left untreated so mention it to your doctor and you will probably just be given a treatment of topical medication to clear it up.
Good hygiene is very important and will help avoid these discomforts.
It might be a sebaceous cyst (see wikipedia).

No actually it is common for men to have small white bumps under the head of their penis, these bumps can be removed by your dermatologist with a laser treatment that is virtually painless.
Koi do not specifically have "bumps" on their heads that I am aware of. Please describe these bumps. if its the bumps im thinking of its like a fore head they have like a little frown
Herpes, genital warts, mosquitos, other STIs
White bumps on the head of the penis could be a condition called penile papules, which are harmless and common. These bumps are typically small, white or flesh-colored, and can appear in rows around the rim of the penis head. However, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate advice.
No, not at all. In fact, those are absolutely normal and if you did not have them on your glans penis, you wouldn't be human! lol ;-)
Not that I can think of. The penis has what is known as the glans penis at the head which is in it's self an especially sensitive area. however there are no bumps on it and it has a basically smooth surface that is covered with mucousal tissue. in the case of people that are circumcised the glans become less sensitive over time but these effect would be uniform over the whole head of the penis. in the case of the intact penis the glans are covered by the foreskin which has a smooth mucousal inner surface and until it is retracted back over the glans the top of the penis is not overly sensitive. however when the foreskin is retracted (especially at first) the top of the penis is very sensitive> Never the less there is nothing there that would be described as sensitive bumps.
it is grey and squishy like a blob of jelly and it has little legs to run around your head. the reason why we get headaches is because it bumps into the sides. the brain sings to tell us what to do.
The red bumps on a turkey's head are called CARUNCLES.
No, bumps on your head do not predict personality traits. Personality is influenced by a combination of genetic, environmental, and experiential factors, rather than physical characteristics such as bumps on the head.
Depends on what the bumps on the other persons head are from.
Yes it is possible of catching S.T.D. But don't forget, many STDs are less obvious. Always insist on a condom.
