This means that your gums are unhealthy and are not getting proper blood flow. You need to get them healthy by stimulating them and keeping the area around the teeth clean. Flossing is not enough... get a gum stimulator and work those gums. It could mean you have gingivitis.

if you have an expander braces or retainer then the expantion will cause your gums to hurt. You should try ambosol to numb up your gums ( you need a cewtip to rub it on) hope this helped!

probably gingivitis should probably go see a dentist, and brush ur gums gently and thoroughly, its not your teeth that are bleeding
