It's possible that the chao is approaching either its evolution or reincarnation stage.
If you mean a hero chao, pet it with a hero character while it's a baby until it turns white with blue highlights and emotiball. Then wait for evo. If you mean the Hero Chaos chao ask again.

no
it means that your chao has reincarnated! (yay!) when the cocoon dissapears an egg will be there, when it hatches it will have the old chao's name and have 10% of its stats
If you mean a hero chao, pet it with a hero character while it's a baby until it turns white with blue highlights and emotiball. Then wait for evo. If you mean the Hero Chaos chao ask again.
If you mean Sonic Adventure 2 Battle played on the Wii then yeah of course. I only use SA2B on my Wii cause I don't have a Gamecube.
I take it you mean a Chaos chao. Reincarnate it twice, then on the 3º life give it one of each all 21 animal types (no drives).Wait for evolution. The type of Chaos chao you get depends of it's alignment.
Chaos Emeralds have been in the games since Sonic 1, the original game though they didn't appear to do anything until 2. If you mean Chaos the character or the blue creaters know as Chao then they were introduced in Sonic Adventure 1.
Cream the Rabbit... I mean she has two chao's of her own. Although I don't know if Chao's can speak in the first place x_x
Chao? If you mean in Sonic Adventure 2 (I'm Assuming) you must take care of them. They only live for about 9 hours or so. If you take care of it well enough it will die happily and leave an egg behind. When this egg hatches it'll be the same chao that died. It's a pretty interesting process. But kinda depressing.
I guess you mean length but resonably long for gamecube
Well If You Mean Chao Garden Then In A Action Level Like City Escape Find the chao box u can find the first one up the stairs a robot on the left one on the right and one in the center go up but dont pass the center robot go right then jump and theres the box
You don't. There is a game called Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, but that doesn't mean you get in touch with the director.
12: Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Sonic Chaos/Sonic & Tails Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine Sonic Drift Sonic Triple Trouble/Sonic & Tails 2 Sonic Drift 2 Tails Adventure Sonic Labyrinth Tails' Skypatrol Sonic Blast
There are several ways to get "black" chao, each one different for whatever type of "black" you mean. A monotone black chao can be bought as an egg at the black market. This chao, when older, may breed to produce more black chao. There are also SHINY black chao eggs. The "black" chao from the Dreamcast version (also the chao you see in the challenge races that a sortof grayish color with sleepy eyes) can also be obtained on SA2:B by breeding any two-tone chao with a gray chao. This will produce a two-tone gray chao or "black". (NOTE: This is not a BLACK chao, it's just called black..) Many darker two-tone colored chao will turn blackish with colored highlights when alligned to the Dark side(devil chao). Finally, a normal chao, when alligned to the Dark side will be very dark in color, sometimes almost black.
