Yes, If you change any rabbits food too quickly they will have dirroreah. The food should be slowly mixed over a month

Why do you have a wild rabbit captive?? Wild rabbits are free to eat EVERYTHING they need when they are free. In captivity they are dependent on you to figure out what they need. Even if you are feeding them the correct feed your wild rabbit will probably still have diarrhea because it is stressed out. Captivity doesn't set well with any wild animal.

That means you should probably take it to a vet. Your rabbit has diarrhea. Reduce your rabbit's intake of treats and treat hays (like carrots & alfalfa hay), & increase his/her intake of grass hays, such as timothy hay and orchard grass. Temporarily stop his/her salad intake. And, lastly, feed your rabbit PediaLyte, or a similar solution. If your rabbit is dehydrated, then take him/her to the vet. Additionally, you may want to force-feed him/her some Pedialyte. If your rabbit shows any sign of Bloating, (Tummy Engorged), then take him/her to a veterinary, immediately! Or, your rabbit could die as a result of GI Stasis, a slowing-down of the intestinal tract of a rabbit. If left untreated, GI Stasis will be fatal! The rabbit usually dies of massive organ failure after entering into GI Stasis, which can be prevented if you take your rabbit to the vet, as soon as possible! Your vet should give your rabbit shots of antibiotics directly into its bloodstream. The veterinarian will also likely put your rabbit on an IV, as well, in order to prevent dehydration.
