- Since you know that your boyfriend's mom has talked to him then he knows what he hadn't done would hurt you and he should be communicating that to you. Good communication skills are a must in a relationship so sit down with your boyfriend calmly and gently try to get the information out of him. If he refuses then you will have to nudge him a bit by telling him that if he loves you enough he should trust you enough to tell you and perhaps the two of you can work the problem out.
