There is no special significance to such dreams. Dreaming of someone and talking to them in the dream does NOT mean that person is or was thinking of you, and it does not determine your own feelings about that person. People and objects in dreams are symbols, representing something other than what they seem to be. The "someone" is this dream might represent an aspect of yourself, or a problem you need to solve in real life.

∙ 11y agoIt only means that this someone represents something particular to your subconscious (sleeping) mind. It does not mean that the person was thinking of you before going to sleep, or that the person had anything at all to do with your dream. The dream was produced by your own mind as you were working through some emotion or issue in your sleep.

Just in case you've heard any superstitions, seeing a person in your dream does NOT mean that person was thinking about you. Your dreams are about your own thoughts and feelings.
