I dont think it means anything bad but, tell the girl you like about your dream, let her know you had a dream about her, she'll want to hear it, but if she dies in the dream, DO NOT TELL HER! you'll freak her out. but if she survives in the dream, then its safe to tell her about your dream

It really means this: You are becoming more and more comfortable in your own skin, and you are confidently awakening to the prospect of sexual maturity and the intimacy that this implies. In other words, you are not turned off by the thought of your own attractiveness, and this even extends to areas of life beyond sex. This is all good. The dream doesn't really have much to do with this individual girl. Maybe there is the possibility of a relationship with her, but the dream doesn't indicate it, as tempting as it is to interpret the dream that way.
