∙ 16y agoNothing. Dreams despite what many people say about them are nothing more then your subconscious mind at work while you sleep. That's not to say that if you have something on your mind, that it won't come up in a dream somehow but again it doesn't mean anything except that you have had that particular thing on your mind a lot.

Whenever you dream that you are having a baby it means you are pregnant or your going to have a baby. Before i found out i was pregnant i would have dreams of myself giving birth or holding a baby while in a hospital bed and so i took a few tests and they all came back positive.
