You must look for the game save file. Eg. new super Mario bros.SAV look for the one with the .sav extension. That is the corrupt save file. All you need to do is delete this . When you play the game it will create another save to replace the corrupt one . You will lose your save games

Yes you can clone Pokemon but it requires Action Replay ( or any other cheat code thing) it can corrupt your game and the second save file. Hope this helped :3

When you use an action replay 99% of the time your save file will be corrupted and you will have to start the game over.

But as long as you read any instructions the codes accompany and the ones that come with the Action Replay you should be quite safe, the Action Replay doesn't have any inherent risks towards your save file.
other than using a game shark or action replay to hack, your game and potentialy corrupt and destroy your save file i am not aware of any cheats. ( i did look around a good bit)
Hmm you are supposed to convert the .sav file to a .duc file and then drag to Action Replay. Mine is having trouble right now but that's worked for my friends.
