men will often touch a partners back especially in public. This is a sign of domination or posession. While it may not mean he is dominating his partner it shows people that the two are a couple.
It means a receding chin, where your lower jaw is further back toward your neck than your upper one - people used to believe that meant you were weak, so men would grow beards to hide a "weak chin."
