Ka is probably the polite word, spoken by a female, at the end of a sentence. The corresponding word spoken by males, is krup. It doesn't have any particular meaning, except to add politeness.
It is sometimes used to mean yes, as in "Is this you in the photo?". Answer: "Ka!", meaning "Yes"
