first you put about double the size of a 50p of olive oil in a pan. then put the flames quite big but not really raging uncontrolable type flames. wait until the olive oil is smoking in the pan and while your waiting whisk two eggs in a bowl (two eggs i find serves one person) by the time youve done that the oil should have heated up, when it has, pour the two whisked eggs into the pan (all of it) and wait for about two minuits (maybe a minuite and a half) and then flip the omlit.(same time applies for other side). make sure the omlit is not golden brown it must be golden yellow oher wise it tastes discusting. and then it is ready to eat
