As an athlete, I was told to eat a spaghetti dinner on the night prior to the game because it's a dish that is traditionally rich in carbohydrates. Carbs, as you may know, are a more efficient fuel source for your body than proteins. Due to the fact most foods take 24 for your boy to fully digest, in theory, come game time, you'd be packed full of easy to release energy, thus improving your physical performance.
not have sex
You should eat banana, but eat it about 2-3 hours before you eat. Another thing you can do is, the night before your football game, eat pasta. Pasta is rich in fiber and has a complex carbohydrates which is what athletes need.
well, all i know is this (i learned it in science class lol):-the night before the game, eat starchy foods, such as pasta.-right before the game, eat something sugary, such as a candy bar.
carbs like pasta
Rice, Pasta and Fish
On half pound of Penne pasta lightly buttered with and sprinkled with shredded Parmesan and a side of steamed broccoli.
at least an hour if not more but dont eat greasy foods before the game. eat like a salad or something that gives u energy but not anything big. and the night before a game try to eat noodles. they give u energy for the game ideally two hours before a game, eating pasta and potatoes will boost your carbohydrate levels to give you more energy.

pasta and drink water not G2 or Gatorade not good for you
Presumably a meal with a lot of energy in it, for example pasta. I once found out that footballers eat a lot of food and drink that is high in sugar before they play a game, so marathon runners must do something similar.
Nothing to heavy. I usually have a plate of pasta or some rice and some sort of meat (pork beef chicken* fish*). The last two aren't really meat but any race or judo tournament I'm in I have that the night before. Darel Sitler famously had some Swiss Challet chicken the night before he scored the most points in a single hockey game. I believe it was 6 or something.
An athlete would be disconsolate after a big game as a result of failing to win.
