Women's rights. As in Code pink in Berkeley which is a women's activist group, and also the Breast cancer symbol, and baby girls.

Pink symbolizes purity and femininity.
Magically speaking

Pink is the colour we most often connect with romance.

Used for love, friendship, harmony, compassion, relaxation and companionship.

Pink is symbolic of gentle emotions and of emotional unions.

Western society often links pink with very young female children and has recently been used in the pink ribbon breast cancer campaign.

Use it in Magic spells of protection and unconditional love.

The Psycology of Colour says

Positive: Physical tranquility, nurture, warmth, femininity, love, sexuality, survival of the species.

Negative: Inhibition, emotional claustrophobia, emasculation, physical weakness.

Being a tint of red, pink also affects us physically, but it soothes, rather than stimulates.

the pink flamingo represents trashyness and is seen to be tasteless by some who are less informed. This is completely wrong as well, my friend. People need to become more informed as far as Flamingos go. The Flamingo represents grace and poise. Look it up.

um, yeah but plastic flamingos are so often placed on front lawns that they're about as tasteful as those "a touch of class" license plates with a rose. Look it up flamingo lover.
