Qs stands for quantity sufficient. The doctors will give you directions (for example- take 1 tablet every day for 7 days) and say to dispense QS. You would figure out how many tablets they would need for the course of therapy and dispense that many. For this example, you would give the patient 7 tablets to complete the entire therapy.
