nothing if the RDW and MCV are normal
what does it mean when your RDW is 11.3? I know normal is 11.5-14.5. But how much ashould I be concerned?
Do your own search. Hah take that. Now you are just reading and wasting your time and you couldn't do anything about it. :)
Coeff of Variation = Mean/SD
RDW is Red cell Distribution Width. It is the difference in size of your red blood cells. (If they were all exactly the same size, the number would be low. If some were tiny and some were huge, the number would be high). An acceptable range is 11.5 to 14.5%. This means your value is higher, and you have higher amounts of variation in the size of your red blood cells. This could be due to any number of things, and this data by itself doesn't say much about any condition.
