With a velvet mantle, and silver breastplate, crown and bells. The mantle covers it like a velvet blanket, the breastplate is made of silver and protects the scroll and the crown and bells are on top for decoration.

The Torah, in its original form, is a large scroll, about the height and width of a grown man's torso. It is opened sideways, and is opened with four wooden handles at the top and bottom of the parchment. Other than this, some details can change, though minimally.

The Torah can also be presented in book form.
