the horseshoe shaped light is your low tire pressure warning light. check your tire pressure in all of your tires. the light will turn off once the tires are at the proper PSI.
Turn it off for a little while and see if it is loose in the socket (screw it in tighter). It could also be a short where the bulb screws into.
