The 1989 Honda Prelude had 4x100mm offset. The 1989 Nissan 240sx has a 4x114.3mm offset...so, it will not fit.

Honda has a service manual for the 1989 Prelude. I bought mine along with my Gold 1989 Prelude Si, February 1989 Car still running strong 203,000. miles. original clutch! Try Honda dealers, used book stores on line etc... Chiltons has a very comprhensive manual also. Easy to follow
They do if it is an automatic transmission. The Prelude (except Si) has the same manual transmission as well. The Prelude Si has a slightly different manual transmission, but it will still fit into a 1986-1989 Accord.
Unless you fabricate them in some way to fit, it won't fit any generation of Honda Prelude.
