Well a first give away is that one is endothermic and one is exothermic. Also photosynthesis is just the flip around of the cellular respiration process but just add energy and the catalyst used

Photosynthesis takes Carbon dioxide, Water and light energy and makes Sugars and Oxygen. Cellular respiration takes Sugars and Oxygen and makes Carbon dioxide, water and energy.

The two processes are the inverse of one another one stores energy and the other releases that stored energy.

Both reactions compliment one another by supplying what the other needs. Cellular respiration is a metabolic reaction to create ATP. In the last step of this process, cells relies upon the fuel supplied by a molecule of Oxygen which is what is created by Photosynthesis. Organisms that use oxygen as a final electron acceptor in respiration are described as aerobic, while those that do not such as are referred to as anaerobic (such as photosynthesis). Two byproducts of this reaction are water and carbon dioxide, CO2 & H2O, and both are needed to assist in the process of photosynthesis.

Cellular respiration has the equation:

C6H12O6 + 6O2 -------------------> 6CO2 + 6H2O

While photosynthesis has the equation:

6CO2 + 6H2O -------------------> C6H12O6 + 6O2

Now if you'll notice, these equations are actually the same, just backwards meaning that the products of photosynthesis become the reactants for cellular respiration which become the products for photosynthesis and so on.
