Well really the poem is About a Boy and a girl, named annabel lee, who live in a kingdom by the sea. And they both LOVEDeach other so strong. Then later on in the poem he says "a wind blew out of a cloud, chilling my beautiful annabel lee; so that her highborn kinsman came and bore her away from me, to shut her up in a sepulchre in this kingdom by the sea" which translated means that a wind blew from the cloud and was so cold it killed her, then her highborn (highborn-a high rank by birth) kinsman (kinsman-a blood relative) came and took her away, to put her in a sepulchre (sepulchre-is like one of those tombs that are in a big room that is under ground). so then later he says "the angels, not half so happy in heaven, went envying her and me-yes!-that was the reason (as all men know, in this kingdom by the sea) that the wind came out of the cloud by night, chilling and killing my annabel lee." Also in translation that is that the angels were jealous of their love so strong were envying them that the angels sent a wind down chilling and killing her. And then her talks about how no one will ever be able to separate them. and then the end is "and so, all the night-tide,i lie down by the side of my darling- my darling- my life and my bride, in the sepulchre there by the sea, in her tomb by the sounding sea." is saying that all night he would lie down by her tomb in the sepulchre by the sea. Yeah a little creepy!! :) but just a recap they had a love so strong that the angles in heaven were jealous of it so the sent a a cloud to make a wind so cold to kill her. Then her family took her away packed her up and put her in a sepulchre. So the narrator says that nothing can spread them apparat so he lay beside her tomb every night in her sepulchre. So i hope that helps you understand the poem a little more.

Annabel Lee died. She died young and was taken away from the speaker of the poem far too prematurely. It is widely agreed that it's not exactly known how she died...whether it was sickness(as did several of the women Poe loved in his own life; i.e. mothers, wife) or something more sinister(again mirroring Poe's own life, filled with tragedy, addictions, and turmoil). Figuratively, the angels took her because they were envious of the love she and the speaker shared. Her death continues to haunt the speaker many years later, as this poem is a remembrance of his youthful love.
