Some teeth are very solid or angled in such a way that they must be cut into pieces or have bone cut away around the tooth before removal. And finally, for those teeth that still can not be removed by luxation, forceps, sectioning, and bone removal, there's this stuff called dynamite. Two sticks taped to the jaw below and beside the tooth work nicely but should only be used as a last resort because it can be messy.
