The book Warriors: Into the Wild describes it as in the forest and the entrance was a gorse tunnel of plants. The nursery has a wall of leaves and sticks with a small entrance. There is a high rock at one end which is a big rock where ThunderClan holds meetings. Then there is a clearing in the middle with the Warriors' den, apprentices' den, elders' den, leader's den, and medicine cat's den all around the sides.
