Most will say that the white striped wire is the ground. The bottom line is that it doesn't really make a difference as long as your amp ground goes to your speaker ground. This is very important!

It will be the wire without the black line on it. Usualy the black line on a solid color will mean negative (-)

The color of speaker wire doesn't matter, it's what it's made of. Also, expensive speaker wire is a rip off. You should just buy cheap speaker wires and that's good.
