White Tiger first notices its prey-deer. Then it uses long grass as a camouflage and advance towards its prey. It goes slow and quietly because it knows that it cannot outrun a deer. Then when it is near enough. It uses all its stamina to jump towards the prey and kill it.
They don't. White tails and moose are part of the deer family, and have pretty well nothing against each other to elicit an attack on each other. In the majority of cases, White tails prefer to avoid moose at all possible, especially bulls on the rut.
A white tiger would do the same thing a regular tiger does, but all white tigers are born in captivity, and therefore are given food.

The white tiger does not blend in with it's surroundings, which makes it difficult to hunt and catch prey. Not too many animals prey on adult tigers, but, adult tigers do need to eat to live, and if they can not catch prey, then they starve to death.
Prey is what the predators hunt and eat. So lets say um deer are the prey of their predator - the tiger.
A tiger is a predator, because they hunt other animals but are not strictly speaking hunted themselves.
