Several icons that represent various functions. The specific icons depend on what toolbar you select.
If you don't see it, right click up on the icon toolbar, click Customize, then find the history icon in the customize dialog and drag it to your toolbar.
The button that you can use to apply multiple formatting style to selected cell is called format painter (the icon is a little brush on the "standard" toolbar). The way it works is as follows: 1/ select an area of the spreadsheet that already have the formatting that you want to use. 2/ click on the format painter button on the standard toolbar. 3/ select the area of the spreadsheet where you want to copy the formatting. That's all. Note that if you want to apply the same formatting in several places, you can double click on the format painter button in step 2/ instead of a single click. Then you can do step 3/ several times. When you are finished, click again on the format painter button to deactivate it.

You have to go to the View button in the top left corner. Click then go to toolbars. From there go to Customize and then add the printer button to a toolbar.
Click On the "Settings" button (wrench icon.. right top.. below close button) next go to "Tools" next in the sub menu choose " Extensions " disable/uninstall the required Extension or toolbar.. good luck !!

You can use the Merge and Center icon on the formatting toolbar or do it through the Format menu by going to Cells and then picking the Merge cells option.
It's when you press the [-] button in the top right corner (or the top left for Macs I believe) and the window "collapses" to the toolbar.
First select the cells you want to Merge and Center. Then there are two ways. You can go to Format Cells and then Alignment and the option is there. You can also do it by clicking on the icon on the Formatting toolbar.
Toolbar icon means that the icon in which the toolbar appears. It can be easily seen at the top right corner.
