Agere Systems 56K WinModem.
On really old ThinkPads, units from around the 1996 era, the modems were MWave.
You can also refer to most of the ThinkPad integrated modems as just "junk" ... since it's not really a true modem. :^) It's little more than a phone jack that's useless unless you're using Windows and IBM/Lenovo drivers for Windows that make it do anything.
In Ubuntu Linux, the ThinkPad's integrated modems are absolutely worthless. With Ubuntu Linux, you'll need a USB modem (like a US ROBOTICS or ROSEWILL 56K USB Modem) that are "true" modems (meaning they need no drivers to work).
If you have Wi-Fi, yes. yes,if u have or somebody else has a wireless modem,u should be upto 30 feet from the modem. also the internet is that program called safari.
If nothing else is connected to the modem you can use a ethernet cable to connect the ps2 to the modem and the internet. If you also have a PC then you need to put a router between the modem and PC and also connect the PS2 to the router which will allow both the PC and PS3 to work off the same modem
A centimetre, at least, because otherwise it would be called something else. It could be a millimetre but not a smaller unit.A centimetre, at least, because otherwise it would be called something else. It is obvious that it means not cutting the wool but bathing it. What else could it be.
Buy an Cat 5 or 6 ethernet cable that is long enough to reach the modem and plug it into the back of the PS3 and the back of the modem. You may need to purchase a router to allow anything else to also be connected. After you have connected the cable go to network setting on your PS3.
Yes you can use DSL modem to connect to Internet, but you need to have a DSL connection (through a phone line) subscribed and activated with an internet service provider or a phone company which provides DSL internet access. As there are many forms of DSL technologies, you need to make sure that modem is compatible with the service provider network. Typically when you subscribe to a internet connection, the service provider provides their own modem to the customer. - Neeraj Sharma
Her older brother called her Moppet. But, otherwise, I'm not sure what else she could have been called.
You need a computer to access the internet. You need a modem, and a wireless card in your computer.
