In The Wannabe in the Weeds, Booth gets shot. Everyone thinks he is dead, though he isn't really. The funeral is in the next episode, which I believe is The Pain In the Heart (also the episode they find out that Zach is Gormogon's assistant). These two episodes are in season three.
He gets hurt
In the Season 1 episode the Man in the Morgue, he comes from DC to meet her in New Orleans when she is hurt, loses her memory, and is mysteriously involved in a murder. He also flies to the desert to meet her and Angela in the season 1 episode the Skull in the Desert when the local LEO's give Bones trouble about sending a skull to the Jefforsonian.
Harpooned?? If your referring to the times when Brennan gets hurt there are many times.
Blaine is hurt in "Michael", the eleventh episode of Glee's third season.

No, it is not safe for dogs to eat baby back rib bones or any cooked bones as they can splinter and cause harm to the dog's digestive system. It is best to avoid giving your dog bones and opt for safe chew toys instead.
