Some of the fifty unnamed will be females.
Aunt Muriel
She was mentioned in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The only movie she appeared in was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One. Although it is likely she was one of the unidentifed female teachers.
I honestly doubt it. All the teen characters have been established before the seventh installment, and I don't believe they'll be needing any female roles to fill
I think a young Lily Potter and a young James Potter, a young Sirius, a young Snape. Harry and Ginnys children, Hermione and Rons children, Mr. Lovegood, Teddy Lupin, Ted Tonks and his wife, Fenrir Greyback, Dolohov, Yaxley, Mafalda Hopkins, Runcorn, Reg Cattermole, Grindelwald, Gregorovitch and of course, Dumbledore's brother. from amyteece i also think there will be reg cattermole's wife and victorie (bill and fleures child)
well I'm thinking no because J.K. Rowling said she wants all people in the movie british. but you could go for a small role that doesn't take auditions.
This question is not clear; however, I am going to assume that you mean "Who are the female characters in Harry Potter's divination class"? The ones that are mentioned most often are Hermione Granger (although she walked out and dropped the class in their third year), Lavender Brown, Parvati Patil, and the instructor herself, Sybill Trelawney. There was also the time in the fifth book when Professor Umbridge did an inspection on that class, and seeing as she is a female, I though I'd mention it.
Rose Weasley was the only new eleven year old female character. Her role was not cast through open auditions.

Harry Potter does, indeed, have an Owl. The Owl's name is Hedwig and is a female. She's bought for Harry, as a gift, by Hagrid in the first book, 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone'. She is often considered to be Harry Potter's familiar (Animal Life-Match) in many fanfiction stories. Hedwig dies in the last book, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'. She's hit by an 'Avada Kedavra' while escaping from Death Eaters in Sirius' old flying Motorcycle.
Yes, the author of the popular book series, Harry Potter, is a female.
