Water, alcohol, acetone, and gasoline are common liquids that can evaporate. Evaporation occurs when a liquid turns into a gas at a temperature lower than its boiling point.
Class b
Gasoline, Nail polish remover, charcoal lighter fluid, axe body spray, most perfume, rubbing alchohol, spray paint, bug spray, isopropyl gas line anti freeze, butane, some solvents, pvc pipe glue (not really liquid), hand sanitizer, paraffin, lighter fluid, some paint thinners, any petrolem related liquid, napalm.... I think I said enough
Class B
Not all liquids are flammable. Some liquids that are flammable are gasoline, alcohol, oil. Liquids like water are not flammable.
The time in which scents evaporate has to do with the scent-to-alcohol ratio in a perfume. Eau de toilettes and simple colognes will evaporate quickly because of their high alcohol percentage. 'Eau de parfum' and 'parfum' have a much higher scent content and will evaporate much slower.
Because all liquids have different boiling points. For instance: the boiling point of ethyl alcohol (the kind you drink) is 172.4 oF, while that of methyl alcohol (the kind that will kill you or make you blind if you drink it) is 151 oF, and isopropyl alcohol (the kind you use for a massage) is 177 oF. The boiling point of glycerine is 554 oF, while that of hydrogen is -423 oF.
To effectively mix isopropyl alcohol with water for cleaning, simply combine the two liquids in a ratio of 70 isopropyl alcohol to 30 water. This solution is commonly used for disinfecting surfaces and can effectively kill germs and bacteria.

Alcohol does not have a high amount of hydrogen bonding so it evaporates very quickly. Water is the slowest to evaporate because of all the hydrogen bonds.
