As a general rule, there are not "foods" that will make people hyper physiologically. It used to be a common thought that sugar caused hyperactivity but that is now shown to be false and any effects shown are just due to expectations of hyperactivity.

Sugary foods, soda's, cookies, pies, donuts, junk food. The best thing is to read the labels, if there is sugar in any form it can make you hyper.
