The motion force
Gravitalonal force W= mg= Vg
You walk and that is the example of friction
like you have somebody the same weight as yourself lying ontop of you! It would also multiply by 2 the force you use to walk so you would feel more tired.
It is hard to walk on sand as - first we need to understand how we walk. every action has an equal opposite reaction (i.e. when we walk on earth we put a certain amount of force on the ground that reverts that force back on us) but when we walk on sand it is not hard and soft we fall into it and it doesn't give us and EQUAL opposite reaction.
friction
You walk up to a grapple point, used normally by people with guns, and you can use it with a person with the force.
You use force to open your eyelids. You may use force to roll around. Then to raise you arm and next to push down the button of the alarm clock. Then (or later) you use force to get out of bed. You use force to walk. Will that do for starters?

Any force can. You "oppose" gravity every time you get out of bed and stand up, and every time you use the force of your leg muscles to walk upstairs.
You can't force it to walk it will walk on its own!
Exactly the way you do it when you walk up stairs ... use your engines tocreate a force greater than your weight and opposite to the force of gravity.
Resistance force.
no.
Gravity !
