Without context, one can only assume that gravity is exerting a force on any object that is moving downward. (Gravity is still exerting a force on a coin that is not moving, for example one stationary on a tabletop, but we don't spend a lot of time worrying about it.)

First of all please note that a force does NOT have a WEIGHT.

The force that can be thought of to act downwards is the force of gravity.

Which gravity speeds up a moving object?

Gravity will speed up a force if gravity acts in the same direction as the object is already moving - for example, if the object is already moving downward - and if counterforces (such as air resistance) don't interfere too much.

Is it possible that a object can be affected by 2 forces at the same time?

Yes, it is possible.Think back. Did you ever hold a book in your hand ?The force of gravity acts downward on the book, while the force of your hand acts upward on it.That's why the force of gravity doesn't pull the book to the floor.

What is a force that acts in an upward direction that opposes the downward force of an object?

The force that opposes a downward force on an object would be called the "normal force". For example, it is as a result of the normal force that people do not fall though the ground the same way that they fall through the air.
