salt water
Silicon is my best guess
The more pure the better. Pure copper.
The salt solution serves as a buffer that conducts electricity. Salt is one of the best conductors of electricity.
Potato
metal conducts electricity the best
I think fruits and vegetables having more active acid will conduct the electricity the most. potato's
potatos.

Find a digital multimeter (fairly inexpensive) and stick the test leads into different ends of a piece of fruit. Use the "ohms" setting on the meter. The fruit that has the lowest reading will have the best conductivity.
salt water
Electricity does not conduct heat. Your question is meaningless.
=copper=
lemons make the best electricity
Any fruit or vegetable that has a high concentration of ions will conduct electricity well. Anything soaked in a brine (pickled) or sour tend to have high ion concentrations. Lemons and pickles are the best two that I have ever seen.
Silver is the best conducter, followed by copper then gold.
