Mostly pre teens and teens although anyone could read it. I've seen people from the ages 11-34 reading Hunger Games. Its for BOTH guys and girls, which is great. Its genre would probably fall under Sci-fi, Action, and there may be some romance in the books its not like you could really put it under that genre. I've also heard Hunger Games go under the title of being a Dystopian novel. Either way, they're amazing
