Most of the paper that is used for poster makers is a thicker quality, like cardstock. However, the type of paper varies from poster maker to poster maker, so it would be wise to either look online about your specific machine or call customer service to be informed what will work best for you.

Post printing usually requires thicker paper than normal. It is best to print posters on papers that are stiff and resistant to bending. Depending on the size of your poster, you may want to use cardboard-thickness papers for your posters.
Epoxy glue is a resin and it is used more for reasons like super glue. Although, it works best on hard surfaces not soft surfaces such as paper.
Since most glues are water-based it will freeze. However it will never really turn back into its original state. It's best to not freeze glue and most glues say not to on the back of the bottle.
Up board is the best
Most wood glues are based on Polyvinyl acetate,these are the white and yellow glues. Recent tests have proven that Titebond lll is the best commercially available wood glue.
When doing mural it is best to use a paint that has durability. Acrylics are great for that, however in my experience poster paints tend to chalk, are less light-fast (tend to fade) and are much less durable. If your mural is being done on windows, or paper for a temporary installation, then poster paints are fine.
