What grade do you begin middle school?

Well it depends when your birthday is. If your birthday is at the end of the year, you would be 11 until the end of 6th grade which is when you would be 12. If your birthday is at the beginning of the year, you would be 12 in 6th grade.if you started school kinda early and turned 10 in 5th grade, then you would be 10 when you start and turn 11 anywhere in the first semester

Usually grades 6 to 8 or sometimes just grades 7 and 8 in areas where 6th grade is still in elementary school. There are a few places that put grades 5 to 8 in middle school, although this is not that common since a lot of people argue that 5th graders are too young for middle school. Some "junior high" schools serving grades 7-9 still exist as well, although they also are not common (but used to be the norm in the older days).
