its the noble gases that are the least reactive group among the elements; and they occupy the left most group i.e. 18th group in the Periodic Table.
Depends on how you define inactive. Generally, the noble gases, He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe, Rn are inactive. However, scientists have been able to make Xe react with F to make things like XeF2, XeF4, and XeF6.
Noble gases are the least active elements in the periodic table.
If by "least active" you mean "least likely to react with another element", it's the noble gases (Helium, Neon, Argon, Krypton, Xenon, Radon). These are not found in compounds in nature.

As a general rule, these are the elements toward the top of the group in the periodic table.
The periodic table is based on an element's number of atoms. The elements are arranged from least to most number of atoms.
These elements are hafnium and zirconium.
The metals in the lower left corner of the periodic table are the least electronegative.
That stands for "One hundred eight Elements in the Periodic Table", but this is now obsolete. As of 2008, at least 117 elements have been discovered.
Hydrogen is the first, smallest, and lightest element. It is number 1 in the periodic table of elements.

What ARE the 3 least dense elements on the periodic table. Science doesn't matter. Language Arts does. :) Hope this helped
The most active metals are at the top of the table, and the least active ones are at the bottom. Manganese, copper, and zinc are all examples of the most active metals, and each metal is able to displace the elements below it from a solution.
It is called the Periodic Table of Elements.
