What happened at the end of code geass?

At the end of Code Geass, Lelouch becomes the emperor and Nunnally is not blind anymore, but she still couldn't walk. Lelouch made a plan with Suzaku, that Suzaku have to dressed up as Zero and take his life, at the street when he, his guards and the prisoners would be passing through. Suzaku didn't approve of his plan at first, but then he realize that Lelouch plan is to bring all the hatred in the world with him when he dies, so Suzaku obeys. No one knows about this plan except C.C and Suzaku, but at the very end after Suzaku stabbed him in his chest with his sword with tears, Lelouch falls down the ramp and beside the chain up Nunnally. Nunnally, touched Lelouch and he transfer some memories of the plan to Nunnally, letting her know that he had planned this all with Suzaku. C2 is still alive. and Nunnally ruled Britannia with the help of Zero (Suzaku)
